Food, Hair, Schnebergers and Ears....

We have just been watching the little sweet one grow before our eyes. We have started feeding her some solid foods. She now eats "dinner;" she gets one feeding of solid food around 5:30 each night. She has gotten to where she likes the rice cereal pretty well. We have given her sweet potatoes, green beans, and last night we tried squash. I would have to say that squash seems to be her favorite, or maybe she is just getting better at eating. Who really knows? I do know that green beans are her least favorite, but she is warming up to them a bit. You can see that she still grimaces a bit at them, but at least she will let them into her mouth now.

Her hair is getting a little bit longer. I really do mean just a little bit (my parent's don't believe me at all on this point but my sister Carley agrees with me). One day I was even able to clip a little bow in her hair. She did not seem to mind in the slightest.

Oh she is just the cutest! Here is a close up of the extremely long hair :)

This past weekend we watched my sister Carley's dog. Her name is Sam and Hannah LOVED her! We told Lucy that Hannah still loves her the most of any dog, but honestly Hannah really liked Sam's long hair. We had to watch closely to make sure those cute little fists did not get a hold of some Labra-doodle hair and pull!
Here are some other cute pictures of our sweet one....
Well, we are extremely excited that 2/3rds of the Schnebergers have moved back to Oklahoma. Hannah has spent lots of good fun time with her cousin Jack. Jack has quickly learned to say "Hannah" and it is quite cute! I don't have any pictures of the two, but they are very funny. Hannah will squeak like she often does and Jack will smile really big and squeak back at her. Jack also gave his cousin some great hugs today (maybe it was after he threw a puzzle piece at her head but it was still really cute!). I will be better and start carrying my camera around to capture these great moments.
On a little more serious note... Hannah is currently suffering from her 4th ear infection. She seems to be feeling a bit better today. However, now that she has had four the pediatrician said the we need to go see a specialist and she will more than likely have to get tubes. Brian and I are pretty stressed out about having to put our baby through that, but it should make her feel better in the long run. Our appointment with the specialist is on August 10th, so I will let you know what happens with her ears after that point.

Half way through July...

Well, I apologize for the long time between posts. There has been a bit of a computer hog around our house. Brian only has 6 more classes and then he has a MBA, however they have really ramped up the work. He has been doing so much school work lately that it is difficult to get to the computer. But more than that, keeping up with the baby and keeping the house put together is A LOT of work and I get tired. I have really realized how much Brian does around here and I appreciate that much more now that he is so swamped with schoolwork and not able to help out around the house.

Alright on to the subject you all love the most...Hannah. She has just been doing great. She sits like a big girl now, she can even hold a toy as she is sitting. There is not always a need to lean on her arms. She rolls like it is no big deal. There have been a couple of time I have left her on a blanket on the floor and run to get a drink of water or something and come back to find her all of the way across the floor. She is just so fun to watch! It seems like she gets bigger with every second!
Sometimes she falls asleep for her morning nap before we even get her dressed.

Everyone just lounging around.

Watch out, she will put everything in her mouth!

I am not sure, but I don't think she liked her bow this morning.
