The shower was great! Meredith and Carley worked really hard on it and it went very smoothly. It was wonderful to see all of our family. Here are some pictures from the shower.

After the shower the sisters, mom, and I decided to make the rounds of Oklahoma City. Meredith wanted to see Hannah's room and Carley's new puppy so we said we would just go to everybody's house. Mom and I left in Brian's car; Carley and Meredith were going to follow in Carley's car. About half way to my house, Brian's car broke down. We were able to pull into a parking lot, so we weren't stranded on the side of the road or anything. We called Brian, who had stayed at Mom and Dad's. He told us they would be on their way to come get us shortly. First they had to jump Carley's car. Talk about crazy timing! Our car dies at the same time that Carley's won't start. Carley's was an easy fix. Our car was a different story; there was a broken belt. The boys; Brian, Dad and Cory; worked on the car for about 3 hours on Saturday. At that point they had to give up the fight because we were throwing a retirement party for a friend that same evening. The party went off great, however I am not so sure that I have ever been so tired in my life. The good news is that Brian and Dad were able to fix the car on Sunday! Yipppeee! So all in all it was a great weekend, very tiring but great!
